Participate in the development and maintenance of NFMC policies and procedures related to General Administration and the shared NFMC / CKP Safety Program;
Assist and lead projects that provide pathways to the achievement of the Objectives of NFMC related to Employment, Education, and Training opportunities;
Coordinate and Prepare agendas for meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes;
Perform accounting functions using SAGE 50 software;
Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files;
Implement and manage an NFMC Facebook page and other social media outlets as required;
Participate in company events, career fairs and youth programs/presentations.
Business Administration Diploma or Degree in related field of study;
or a background in accounting and administration;
Related industry experience would be considered an asset but is not necessary;
Valid driver’s license with no restrictions;
A proven commitment to safety;
Initiative, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills are required;
Microsoft office experience (excel, word, outlook, power point) required;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
